Acceptance

By using SoonSoon, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What SoonSoon does

SoonSoon is a group scheduling app. You create plans with time slot options, share invite links, and participants vote on their preferred times. The app helps groups decide when to meet.

Your responsibilities

• You will not use the app for illegal purposes.
• You will not abuse the notification or nudge system to harass others.
• You are responsible for the content you post (plan titles, descriptions, comments).
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the service.

No accounts

SoonSoon does not require accounts. Your identity is based on your device. If you lose access to your device, you lose access to your plans. We cannot recover device-based identities.

Availability

We aim to keep SoonSoon available, but we do not guarantee uptime. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

SoonSoon is a free coordination tool. We are not liable for missed events, scheduling conflicts, or any damages arising from use of the app.

Intellectual property

The SoonSoon name, logo, and app design are our property. Content you create (plans, comments) remains yours.

Termination

We may suspend access to the service at any time if these terms are violated.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
